Presently, Lea's got four different didgeridoos. Two of which he's painted himself. "But I have to say, my favourites are the ones which I've bought from two different websites. One in Australia and one in America." Lea

Didgeridoo 1

This didge is a work of art with beautifully burnt markings and exquisite 'dot' painting. It has a very resonant and rich sound in the 'key of C'. It is the first one Lea bought over the Internet after learning to play and it is from the Australian site.

Didgeridoo 2

This is one Lea painted. "I like the lizard and the geometric designs - not sure about the green leaves. This is in the 'key of C sharp' and has quite a vibrant sound." Lea

Didgeridoo 3

This is from the site in America that has quite a range of quality didges. "This is the didge I use on our song 'Pelican Babies' and it is quite responsive in the 'key of D'." Lea

Didgeridoo 4

This is the other one Lea has painted in the 'key of E flat' and it has quite a loud and smooth sound.

Harmonicas

"As you can see I have quite a bundle of harmonicas and I haven't included them all. I have a chromatic harmonica which I enjoy playing and we feature it on certain songs. Sonny Terry, Sonny Boy Williamson, Don Baker and Paul Butterfield are just a few of my favourite harp players. Music 90 in Millgate, Wigan have been my suppliers." Lea

Lea plays a Jean Lerrivee handcrafted Acoustic Guitar - all solid wood construction, Canadian Sitka Spruce soundboard with B-band pickup system.

"I love the sound of the guitar, very mellow with a bright top end and the strings seem to last for ages. Slightly lighter sounding than Mark's guitar but we use the electronics to balance the sound between the two guitars on stage." Lea

Mark plays a Freshman guitar - solid wood all through with treble "A" grade Spruce top. The Fishman pickup has a rich and full sound.

"I love this guitar and Freshman being quite new to the scene are making great instruments. Lea and I both use Elixir strings which are long lasting with superior sound. My guitar is great for rhythm and equally good for lead - it's amazing how many people have commented on the quality of the sound." Mark
